摘要
从当前我国司法鉴定行业状况来看,对于质量控制的问题,行业需要一个兼容性的平台,机构需要一个可行性的架构,监督者需要一个高效的手段,而所有这些需求的满足,也就成为本课题组围绕"长期、高效、统一、便捷"的司法鉴定质量控制系统研究的基础和动力。从质量控制的依据和手段两个方面,论述通用性司法鉴定质量控制信息系统的设计理念和系统架构。
Based on the actual condition of judicial identification industry of China and to quality control, this paper has proposed to set up a compatible platform to make the law office have a useable structure and the supervisor have an effective means so as to lead to the appearance of judicial identification quality control information system. This paper has discussed the design idea and system structure of general judicial identification quality control information system.
