涡轮非稳态研究中现存问题的解决方法研究

摘要 本文首先对涡轮非稳态研究中存在的问题进行综述,然后针对研究中的非稳态参数时间滞后问题,从脉冲传播速度和传播距离入手,提出了基于模拟方法的解决方案,改进了涡轮非稳态效率的计算公式,避免涡轮出口温度波动对涡轮效率的影响,消除了涡轮非稳态效率大于1和小于0的非正常现象,最后以一个分隔式涡轮的非稳态模拟计算为实例,验证了所提出的解决方法的有效性。 The problems existing in the study on non - steady performance of turbocharger tur- bines are summarized in this paper. Based on simulation method, a solution for the time lag of the unsteady parameters is proposed from the points of pulse speed and pulse propagation distance. The calculation method on turbine unsteady efficiency is also improved to avoid the influence of the outlet temperature of turbine on turbine unsteady efficiency, eliminating the abnormal phenomenon that the unsteady efficiency of turbine is over or less 1 in present studies. At the end, the examples of the simulations of a double entry turbine are used to verify the validity of the solutions for the existing problems.
