摘要
改革开放以来,公共服务供给取得了一定的成绩,但城乡公共服务供给不均衡等状况依然存在。增加基本公共服务的供给,仍是实现基本公共服务城乡均等的重要内容。作为公共产品的基本公共服务供给,在宁波的城市和农村都取得了一定的成效;但城乡差距仍可从财政支出、人均收入和社会保障等方面进行比较。缩小基本公共服务的城乡差距,仍需不断完善制度、丰富体制和搭建信息化平台,从而进一步推进城乡基本公共服务均等化。
Since the reform and opening-up,the supply of public service has increased significantly.However,imbalance in distribution does exist in the urban and rural areas as far as the supply of public service is concerned.To increase the supply of public service is still one of the key issues to promote urban-rural equalization in the field of basic public service.Ningbo has made noticeable progress in basic public service supply in both urban and rural areas.But a noticeable gap can still be found in Ningbo between the urban and rural areas in basic public services as far as fiscal expenditure,income per capita and social securities are concerned.Suggestions are made on promoting equalization in basic public services between urban and rural areas by means of system improvement,frame diversification and information platform construction.
