Analysis on Tube Burst of Mid-temperature Superheater on a Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

摘要 某循环流化床(CFB)锅炉中温过热器发生爆管,通过对爆管管样进行金相组织检验、化学成分分析、机械性能测试等,认为爆管是由于短时超温运行所致。为此,采取了使中温过热器管屏内蒸汽流向由"C"形改为"Z"形,在给水管路上增加憋压阀,燃烧调整等措施后,使机组的超温问题得到了显著的改善。 Tube burst occurred on mid-temperature superheater of a circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler. Based on series of tests such as microstrueture examination,chemical composition analysis and mechanical property test, short time over-temperature operation was considered as the main reason. Thus, changing the mid-temperature superheater tube steam to flow from "C" to "Z" type,adding the back pressure valve in the water supply pipeline,combustion adjustment and other measures were taken, thus the problem of overheating is improved.
