摘要
心电图作为一种简便可行的检查方法,对冠心病的诊疗具有重要意义。本文就心电图对冠心病病变部位、梗死血管、分期、预后的诊断及诊疗方案的指导进行了简单阐述。冠心病严重影响患者生活质量,及早发现与正确治疗会给患者带来福音。心电图可及早发现冠心病,并指导临床医生正确诊治。
As a simple and feasible inspection method, electrocardiogram （ECG） has vital significance for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease（CHD）. This paper breifly illustrates the roles ECG plays in the identification of CHD diseased region, infarct-related vascellum, staging and prognosis and also in the instruction treatment scheme of CHD. CHD seriously affects the quality of life of patients, however eary identification and proper treatment will bring benefits for them. With the help of ECG, CHD can be identified at an early stage and given proper treatment elinically.
