摘要
调查发现,在12种优秀图书馆学期刊中,有约25％的文章省略或没有文后参考文献;只有17.5％的引文作了标注,而且采用多种标注方式;参考文献用语使用混乱的状况多年来没有改观。建议编著者双方共同努力,以维护国家标准的权威性,同时尽快修订GB7714-87,为引文规范化发展提供依据。
This paper shows that 25% of the papers in the 12 excellent library science periodicals have been published without references. Only 17.5% of the papers have been quoted in many ways. The words of references are used confusedly, and haven't changed for many years. The author sugggests that both editors and writers should try their best to defend the authority of national standards. GB7714 - 87 should be revised as soon as possible so as to provide basis for the development of quotation standard.
