摘要
在深入分析三相晶闸管触发器存在的问题基础上,提出了一种新型晶闸管触发器设计方法。提出了基于同步参考轴d-q变换锁相环(PLL)的电网电压相位实时跟踪的原理与设计方法,该相位获取方法具有相位自适应性,在电网谐波较大的情况下也能达到要求,保证了同步信号对电网相位的跟踪。设计了以dsPIC30F4011为控制核心的三相晶闸管触发器,考虑到实际工作情况,用软件实现了相序自适应、电网瞬时跌落时母线电容保护、缺相保护及过压、欠压保护功能。最后通过实验验证了该系统提高了控制精度、实时性和可靠性。
A novel type thyristor trigger design method is presented, which bases the analysis on the main problem of presently three-phase thyristor trigger.The principle and design of power phase tracking bases on synchronous reference axis d-q transform phase-locked-loop (PLL), the phase acquisition method has phase self adaptability, even in the case of large power grid harmonic can also reach the requirements, ensuring the power phase tracking of the syn- chronous signal.Based on dsPIC30F4011 as the control core,three-phase rectifier for thyristor is constructed,taking into account the actual working situation,the system realizes phase sequence adaptive ,the bus capacitor protection when voltage instantaneously drops,missing phase protection and over-voltage lower-voltage protection functions.The experimental results show that this system improves the control accuracy, real-time and reliability.
