基于松弛强力的文胸肩带压力回归分析 被引量:3

摘要 采集了7种较具代表性的文胸肩带,分别通过定伸长5次反复拉伸试验和人台压力着装测试,获得肩带试样的弹性回复率、定伸长松弛强力,以及人台上各测量点的压力值.分别对弹性回复率、定伸长松弛强力和肩带各点压力进行回归分析,建立了肩带弹性回复率与压力的回归模型,以及肩带定伸长松弛强力与压力的回归模型,并对两组模型的拟合优度进行了讨论与分析.结果表明,肩带的松弛强力能够较好地反映其在拉伸时由形变产生的内应力对人体产生的束缚压大小,经检验利用松弛强力预测肩带的服装压力精度更高. Seven typical types of bra straps were tested for 5 times repeated tensile force and manikin wearing pressure measurement. The elastic recovery and relaxed strength of the straps, when they were stretched to a set length, were recorded to conduct regression analysis with the manikin wearing pressure measurements of the selected points. The regression models of elastic recovery vs pressure and relaxed strength vs pressure were built. Based on the tests of equation significance and goodness of fit, comparative study of the two sets of regression equations revealed that the relaxed strength of the strap could properly characterize the inner strength of the straps which would cause the bound pressure on the body when they were stretched in daily use. The result indicates that the relaxed strength can predict the pressure difference with better accuracy.
