继发孔型房间隔缺损的治疗 被引量：9

摘要 房间隔缺损(atrial septal defect,ASD)是最常见的先天性心脏病之一。ASD有几种不同的类型,包括继发孔型、原发孔型、静脉窦型和冠状窦部缺损,其中继发孔型ASD最为常见。ASD的治疗主要有外科开胸修补和内科介入封堵。两者安全性和疗效相近,但内科介入封堵治疗具有创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短及并发症发生率低等优点,已逐渐成为继发孔型ASD首选的治疗方法。
