摘要
界定了高等教育群体所包括的人群范围,并针对其令人担忧的健康状况分析了造成这种现象的3个主要原因:第一,激烈的社会竞争所导致的强烈的生存危机感;第二,由工作性质和性格特点所决定的社会角色之间的冲突与转换;第三,生态环境恶化、现代化的物质享受和生活方式所造成的与健康相悖的生活状态。在此基础上,提出了应对策略:一是创设良好环境,体现人文关怀;二是建立健康科学文明的生活方式,合理地安排工作和生活;三是普及卫生保健知识,注重提高心理素质修养。
This paper first discusses the range and the alarming health condition of higher education group, and then analyzes the three main reasons： Intense social competition causing a strong sense of existential crisis; conversion and conflict between the social roles determined by the nature of work and personality traits; and health condition is inconsistent with the state of life caused by deterioration of the ecological environment, modern material comforts and way of life. Based on the above, the countermeasures of improving the health of higher education group has been put forward： creating a favorable environment and embodying human care;de- veloping a healthy, scientific and civilized way of life and making reasonable arrangements for work and life; and popularizing health care knowledge and improving the cultivation of psychological qualities.
