摘要
糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病主要的慢性并发症之一,也是导致终末期肾病的主要原因之一。早期诊断和治疗DN对于改善疾病的预后,提高糖尿病患者的生活质量,延长生存周期有着非常重大的意义。本文结合2010年我国2型糖尿病防治指南,介绍DN的发病机制,病理特点,筛查诊断以及治疗的方法。
Diabetic nephropathy is one of the major chronic complications of diabetes, and is also one of the main causes of the end stage renal disease. Early diagnose and treatment of DP has great significance in improving the prognosis of diseases, enhancing the life quality of the diabetic patients and extending their life cycle. This article introduces the pathogenesis, screening, diagnosis and treatment methods for DN combining the 2010 guide of type 2 diabetes prevention of our country.
