摘要 糖尿病是冠心病的等危症,心血管疾病是2型糖尿病患者的主要死亡原因。本文对糖尿病合并冠心病的发病机制,临床特点,糖尿病合并冠心病的血糖控制目标,冠心病综合治疗的研究进展进行了综述。 Diabetes is dangerous sign of coronary heart disease and cardiovascular disease is the main death cause of type 2 diabetes mellitus. This article reviews the pathogenesis, clinical features and glycemic control targets of diabetes with coronary heart disease, and the research progress of comprehensive treatment of coronary heart disease.
