摘要
对精炼过程中夹杂物行为的试验表明,吹氩搅拌可显著减少夹杂物数量,降低夹杂物浓度,增大夹杂物尺寸。在莱钢90 t LF/VD精炼钢包炉安装智能吹氩设备,建立了智能吹氩标准,实现了氩气流量的精确控制,降低了轧材中夹杂物的含量,提高了产品的实物质量,同时电耗和电极消耗分别下降了27%和14%,氩气消耗降低了26%。
The test results of inclusion behavior in refining process showed that blowing argon stirring can significantly reduce the inclusion quantity, decrease the inclusion concentration and increase the inclusion size. The intelligence argon blowing equipment for 90 t LF/VD refining ladle furnace in laiwu Steel was installed and the inteUigent argon blowing standard was established, realizing the accurate control of argon flow. The content of inclusions in the rolled products was :reduced. The product quality was improved. At the same time, power consumption and electrode consumption decreased by 27% and 14% respectively and the argon consumption reduced by 26%.
