摘要
城乡关系问题一直是中国社会发展的焦点和热点。城乡一体化作为一个渐进的动态发展过程,随着城乡经济关系日趋紧密,城乡功能转型加速进行,需要不断完善我国城乡一体化发展制度体系。倡导以"城市包容乡村发展"为新导向,不断完善城乡一体化发展的制度体系,促进城乡资源共享、共同繁荣,让城市居民和农村居民享有基本相同的发展成果和权益。
The urban-rural relation has been the focus and hotspot of China＇s social development.With the economic relations between urban and rural areas becoming increasingly close,urban and rural functional transformation being accelerated,the Urban-rural integration,as a gradual process of dynamic development,needs to improve its institutional system.This paper advocates ＂urban inclusive rural development＂ as a new orientation,and constantly improves the institutional system of urban and rural development to promote urban and rural resource sharing and achieve common prosperity so that urban and rural residents can enjoy the same basic development outcomes and benefits.
