摘要
选用涤纶水刺非织造布和涤纶机织/针织基布为单层材料,采用水刺复合工艺制备了四种不同的水刺复合过滤材料,并对其过滤性能进行了测试和分析。结果表明:四种水刺复合过滤材料的过滤性能均优于水刺非织造布,对于0.3μm气溶胶的过滤效率均在70%以上,过滤阻力在7 Pa以下,不同规格的基布对过滤性能均有较大的影响。
Four different kinds of spunlaced compound filtration materials were prepared based on polyester spunlaced nonwovens and woven or knitted cloth as substrate materials,and the filtration performances were tested and analyzed.The results show that the filtration performances of compound materials were better than that of spunlaced nonwovens and the filtration efficiency on 0.3 μm gas-gel was above 70% and the pressure drop was under 7 Pa.Various specifications of cloth have different filtration performances.
