摘要
川、滇、黔、渝国土资源类型多 ,本底条件差异大 ,长期以来一直处于无序利用状态。其开发应遵循开发利用与保护相协调原则 ,走人与自然和谐共存之路。选好研究目标 ,应用RS、GIS和GPS,制定正确的技术路线 ,建立三省一市国土资源环境可持续发展决策支持信息系统 。
Provinces Sichuan,Yunnan and Guizhou and City Chongqing are situated in the Southwest China and cover an area of 1 125 000 km 2 .In this area land with different types and background has been inordinately exploited and used for a long time past and with the result that regional economy is backward and eco_environment is going to worse. Based on high technological measures of RS(remote sensing),GIS (geographic information system) and GPS (global position system), centered on the core goals of land exploitation utilization and protection and effective route of techniques,consequently and information system of the land resources and envionment can be built and provide timely scientific policy-making supporting for sustainable development of the land resources. For the purpose,such a framework is applicable as well as necessary.
