摘要
目的探讨替米沙坦用于治疗糖尿病合并高血压病的临床疗效及对胰岛素抵抗和血压的影响。方法将我院2010年3月-2013年3月收治的50例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者按不同治疗方式随机均分为对照组（降糖治疗＋培哚普利）和实验组（降糖治疗＋替米沙坦），治疗14周后比较两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗14周后，两组患者FBS、SBP、DBP比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两组患者空腹胰岛素（Fins）、胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA—IR）比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论替米沙坦治疗糖尿病合并好血压效果显著，能明显改善患者胰岛素抵抗，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of telmisartan on IR and blood pressure in patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension. Methods 50 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2013 were divided into control group（hypoglycemic treatment＋perindopril） and experimental group（hypoglycemic treatment＋telmisartan）, the efficacy of two groups were compared after 14 weeks. Results After 14 weeks of treatment, no significant difference was observed in FBS,SBP, DBP between two groups（P 〈 0.05）, but there were significant difference in Fins, HOMA-IR between two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Telmisartan has a significant effects on treating diabetes mellitus and hypertension, it can significantly improve the insulin resistance in patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension, which is worthy of clinical widely.
