摘要
目的观察小儿肺热咳喘口服液在支气管肺炎辅助治疗的疗效及安全性。方法按照治疗方法将2010年10月～2012年10月入院治疗支气管肺炎的80例小儿患者分为两组，对照组40例静脉滴注头孢曲松钠，治疗组40例在对照组基础上使用小儿肺热咳喘VI服液辅助治疗，疗程均为5～7d。结果治疗组小儿患者病情恢复指标均好于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组有效率为95．0％显著高于对照组有效率70．0％（P〈0．05）；治疗组中有1例患儿出现胃部不良反应，停药后病情恢复。结论支气管肺炎辅助小儿肺热咳喘口服液治疗，疗效显著，安全性好，临床应用前景广泛。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of pediatric Feire Kechuan oral liquid in adjuvant treatment of bronchial pneumonia. Methods According to the treatment method, 80 pediatric patients with bronchial pneumonia in our heahh-center from October 2010 to October 2012 were divided into two groups, 40 cases of the control group were treated by intravenous drip of ceftriaxone sodium, 40 cases of the treatment group were treated by pediatric Feire Kechuan oral liquid adjuvant therapy based on the treatment of control group, the course of treatment was 5-7 days. Results The clinical progress indicator of pediatric patients in the treatment group were better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）.The effective rate of treatment group was 95% and significantly higher than 70.0% in control group （P 〈 0.05）. There was one pediatric patients had stomach adverse reactions, the illness recovered after drug withdrawal. Conclusion Pediatric the effect of Feire Kechuan, oral liquid in adjuvant treatment of bronchial pneumonia is better. Security is good, with wide clinical application prospects.
