摘要
目的研究大学生社区卫生服务知晓与需求状况,探寻其影响因素与作用机制,为完善我国高校社区卫生服务体系提出建议,从而更好的为大学生健康服务。方法利用自设问卷和访谈提纲,通过偶遇法选取研究对象进行调查,使用x2检验等方法进行分析。结果调查对象社区卫生服务的知晓程度较高,但理解程度较低,学校及相关机构宣传力度不足;大学生社区卫生服务需求主要集中在诊疗层面,预防保健需求不足。结论相关部门应根据高校特点,采取适宜方式,整合多方资源,加大社区卫生服务宣传,引导大学生合理的社区卫生服务需求。
Objective To research the status of awareness and requirments of college students to community health services,explore relative factors which affect them and the mechanism of action.Put forward suggestions for improving the university community health services in order to enable them to provide better health services for students. Methods The self-designed questionnaires and interview outline were used,determined the research objects with the method of randomly met,chi-square test were used to analyze it. Results The level of awareness of respondents on university community health services was high;But the understanding was low;Colleges and the related institutions of publicity was insufficient;requirments of college students for community health services mainly concentrated on medical service,lacked of preventive health care requirments. Conclusion The related institution should be based on the characteristics of colleges and universities,adopt appropriate methods,integrate various resources,increase publicity,guide the reasonable reruirments of communitv health service.
