高压氧下近红外直线偏振光照射对感音性突发性耳聋的疗效 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨高压氧联合近红外直线偏振光照射对感音性突发性耳聋的疗效。方法本研究收集47例符合诊断标准的感音性突发性耳聋的患者,分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组患者在高压氧环境下,用近红外直光偏振光照射患侧星状神经节附近,对照组患者只接受高压氧治疗。治疗结束后根据听力恢复标准评价治疗效果。结果治疗组患者治愈率达60.00%,总有效率达96.00%。恢复听力平均需13.9d。平均需照射7.9次,几乎所有患者在15次以内出现疗效。结论高压氧联合近红外直线偏振光照射对感音性突发性耳聋有明显的疗效。 Objective To describe and analyze the efficacy of linear polarized near-infrared ray irradiation plus hyperbaric oxygen on sudden sensorineual hearing loss. Methods This study collected 47 cases in line with the diagnostic criteria of sudden sensorineual hearing loss which were divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group used the hyperbaric oxygen with the linear polarized near-infrared ray irradiates the affected side stellate gangly. The control group used the hyperbaric oxygen only. According to the hearing restored standard evaluated the therapeutic effect after the treatment. Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 60.00%, total effective rate was 96.00%. There has 13.9 days to restore hearing. The average radiation time is 7.9 times; almost all cases within 15 times have curative effect. Conclusion The linear polarized near-infrared ray irradiation plus high- pressure oxygen on sudden sensorineual hearing loss have obviously efficacy.
