12例人工颈椎间盘置换治疗体会 被引量:1

Analysis of curative effect after the artificial cervical disc prosthesis

摘要 目的探讨使用MOBI-C人工颈椎间盘置换术的应用方法及早期疗效。方法对12例患者施行人工颈椎间盘置换,脊髓椎病8例,神经根型4例,记录术前及术后VAS、JOA、NDI评分,及手术前后置换间隙与临近间隙椎间隙高度、活动度,使用t检验进行数据分析。结果术后末次随访VAS、JOA、NDI评分结果分别为(1.92±1.53)、(15.33±0.78)、(7.5±2.5),与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);置换节段椎间隙高度及活动度与术前相比统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论人工颈椎间盘置换短期内可以缓解颈椎病患者神经症状,同时不降低椎间隙高度及活动度。 Objective To investigate the curative effect in single-level cervical spondylosis by using artificial cervical disc prosthesis. Methods 12 cases of single-level cervical spondylosis,including 8 cervical spondylostic myelopathy (CSM) cases and 4 nerve root cervical syndrome cases,were treated by artificial cervical disc replacement. Record the VAS,JOA,NDI scores,mobility and altitude of the superior,meddle and inferior intervertebral space before operation and 6 months after the operation.The data were analyzed by using Student's t test. Results The average scores of VAS,JOA and NDI about 16 months after the operation were (1.92 ± 1.53),(15.33 ± 0.78) and ( 7.50 ± 2.50 ) and they were significantly different to them before operation(P 〈0.05).while,they were significantly different to them before operation(P 〈 0.05) of mobility and altitude of the superior,meddle and inferior iutervertebral space. Conclusion Artificial cervical disc replacement can alleviate the clinical neurological symptoms of cervical spondylosis patients,while do not decrease the mobility and altitude of the intervertebral space in short term.
