摘要
目的分析心理护理干预对老年胆囊切除术患者围术期血流动力学及焦虑情绪产生的影响。方法将44例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者随机分成两组,观察组与对照组各22例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组在上述护理前提下给予综合评价、心理护理干预、提倡家庭支持及放松练习等疗法。结果观察组不同时间点的心率与血压均平稳(P>0.05);而对照组心率及血压在T1、T2时间点比T0、T3显著升高(P<0.05);观察组T1、T2时间点的心率与血压比对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。观察组SAS分值不同时间点间无明显差异(P>0.05),对照组麻醉诱导前0.5h的SAS分值显著升高(P<0.05),而且明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施心理护理干预,能够有效消除患者的焦虑心理,并使血流动力学指标更加平稳。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on elderly patients undergoing cholecystectomy perioperative hemodynamics and anxiety. Methods 44 cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group with 22 cases in each. Control the implementation of routine care group of patients in the observation group, the premise for comprehensive evaluation of nursing, psychological nursing intervention, promote family support and relaxation exercise therapy. Results In the observation of heart rate and blood pressure group at different time points were stable （P 〉 0.05）; while the control group; heart rate and blood pressure were significantly increased in T1, T2 time point than T0, T3 （P 〈 0.05）; to observe the heart rate and blood pressure of group T1, T2 time point than that of the control group decreased significantly （P 〈 0.05）. No difference was observed between group SAS scores at different time points （P 〉 0.05）, the control group before induction of anesthesia, 0.5h SAS score increased significantly （P 〈 0.05）, and significantly higher than the observation group （P 〈 0.05）, there were statistical significance. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention on elderly laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients, can effectively eliminate the patient＇s psychological anxiety,and the hemodynamics more stable.
