摘要
目的讨论舒适护理在手术室护理中可采用的形式及其护理效果。方法选取在我院手术患者2624例,随机分为实验组和对照组,分别采取舒适护理和常规护理进行干预,对两组资料进行分析并评价其效果。结果采用舒适护理进行干预后,与对照组相比,实验组血压、心率、焦虑评分、术后24h后疼痛、并发症发生率及首次下床时间显著较低;满意度和舒适度等较高。结论采用舒适护理可提高患者满意度和舒适度,减轻患者痛苦、减少并发症,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the method and clinical effects of comfort nursing. Methods 2624 patients under operation were randomly divided into study group and control group, received comfort nursing and routine nursing, respectively.The clinical data and effects were compared. Results After receiving comfort nursing, for the patients in study group,the blood pressure, heart rate,score of anxiety,pain at 24 hours after operation,the occurrence of complication and the first time to get out of bed were lower;the degree of satisfaction and comfort were higher,compared with the control group. Conclusion Comfort nursing can enhance the degree of satisfaction and comfort,alleviate the pain,reduce the complication,and it is worthy of wide use.
