摘要
目的探讨心理护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者的心理状况的影响。方法从2012年7月～2012年12月入住我院的慢性乙型肝炎患者中选取48例，随机分为两组，每组24例，人院第1天利用焦虑自评量表SAS（self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）、抑郁自评量表SDS（self-rating depression scale，SDS）分别测量并记录得分。实验组在常规护理基础上加强心理护理干预措施，2个月后，再次评分，比较两组评分差异有无统计学意义。结果实验组的SAS、SDS评分较对照组明显降低，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论通过加强心理护理干预能显著改善慢性乙型肝炎患者的心理状况。
Objective To investigate the psychological nursing intervention on the psychological status of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods 48 patients with chronic hepatitis B from our hospital in the July to December period in 2012 were randomly divided into two groups.All the patients were scored by Self-Hating SAS Anxiety Scale （SAS）,Self-rating SDS depression scale （SDS）.The experimental group was under the psychological nursing intervention based on routine nursing.Two months later,patients were scored and compared again. Results The score of the experimental group in SAS, SD5 was significantly lower than the control gronp（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention can significantly improve the psychological status of patients with chronic hepatitis B.
