摘要
目的比较中药直肠滴入及中药保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭时效与疗效关系。方法采用结肠透析机进行清洁灌肠及结肠透析,清除结肠及直肠中的大便,再给予中药直肠滴入或中药保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭,比较中药直肠滴入及保留灌肠药液保留时间与疗效的关系。结果中药直肠滴入保留时间比保留灌肠的保留时间长,中药直肠滴入组疗效优于中药保留灌肠组。结论采用中药直肠滴入治疗慢性肾功能衰竭具有一定的临床价值。
Objective To compare the relationship between retention time and efficacy of rectal instillation and retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods Cleansing enemas and colon dialysis were performed using colon dialysis machine, and the colon and rectum of stool were cleared, followed by rectal instillation or retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine for chronic renal failure. The relationship between retention time and efficacy of rectal instillation and retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine were compared. Results The retention time of rectal instillation with traditional Chinese medicine was longer than that of retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine,and the effect of rectal instillation with traditional Chinese medicine was better than that of retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion Rectal instillation with traditional Chinese medicine for chronic renal failure has some clinical value.
