摘要
目的探讨社区综合康复训练对慢性精神分裂症患者的康复效果。方法 2011年以来收集太和县范围内的重性疾病管理项目(简称686项目)中的慢性精神分裂症患者60例,随机分成两组,康复训练组和对照组各30例,入组、3个月、6个月时用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、自知力量表(ITAQ)、社会功能评定量表(SSPI)和生活质量综合评定问卷74(GQOLI-74)进行疗效评定。结果 3个月、6个月时用PANSS、ITAQ、SSPI和GQOLI-74评分康复训练组明显高于对照组。结论社区综合康复训练可改善慢性精神分裂症患者的症状,提高患者自知力,恢复患者社会功能,提高患者治疗依从性,减轻慢性精神分裂症患者残疾程度,提高患者生活质量,有利于慢性精神分裂症患者回归社会。
Objective To explore the rehabilitation efficacy of community comprehensive rehabilitation training for patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods Sixty cases of chronic schizophrenia in major disease management project （686 project） in Taihe County were collected since 2011 year. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely the rehabilitation training group and the control group, each group had 30 eases. The efficacy of patients were evaluated at baseline,3 months and 6 months by using the positive and negative syndrome scale（PANSS）, insight and therapeutic attitudes questionnaire（ITAQ）, scale of social function in psychosis inpatients（SSPI） and generic quality of life inventory-74（GQOLI-74）. Results The scores of PANSS, ITAQ, SSPI and GQOLI-74 at 3 months and 6 months in the rehabilitation training group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion Community comprehensive rehabilitation training can improve the symptoms of patients with chronic schizophrenia, improve the insight of patients, restore the social function of patients, improve the treatment compliance of patients, reduce the disability of patients with chronic schizophrenia, improve patients＇ quality of life, and is favorable to patients with chronic schizophrenia returning to society.
