摘要
目的分析探讨蚤休、古拉定治疗妊娠合并乙型肝炎患者的疗效及安全性。方法选取2004年1月。2012年3月在我院诊治的妊娠合并乙型肝炎患者72例，随机分成临床组（蚤休、古拉定）36例，对照组（拉米夫定、古拉定）36例，分析对比两组治疗效果、不良反应，孕妇、胎儿（新生儿）孕围期监测指标。结果临床组治愈24例（66．67％），显效10例（27．78％），好转2例（5．55％）；对照组治愈21例（58．33％），显效13例（36．11％），好转2例（5．55％）。临床组：孕妇及胎儿生理指标正常，足月顺娩，未发现胎儿畸形、缺陷，产后出血2例（5．56％），无一例早产、孕妇围生儿死亡，无其他不良反应和并发症发生。对照组在上述指标中死胎1例（2．78％），早产1例（2．78％），产后出血2例（5．56％）。结论蚤休、古拉定治疗妊娠合并乙型病毒性肝炎临床效果良好，无明显不良反应发生，用药安全。
Objective To analyze and discuss the efficacy and safety of rhizome of Manyleaf Paris and Gluthion in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with hepatitis B. Methods Seventy-two pregnancy patients with hepatitis B in our hospital from.January 2004 to March 2012 were chose, and were randomly divided into 36 cases of clinical group（rhizome of Manyleaf Paris and Gluthion） and 36 cases of control group（lamivudine and Gluthion）.The curative effect,adverse reactions,gestational and perinatal monitoring indicators of pregnant women and fetus（neonatal） of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results In the clinical group,24 cases（66.67%） cured,10 cases（27.78%） improved markedly,2 cases（5.55%） improved;In the control group,21 cases（58.33%） cured,13 cases（36.11%） improved markedly,2 cases（5.55%） improved.In the clinical group,the physiological indicators of pregnant women and fetus were normal,the patients were normal spontaneous full-term delivery,fetal abnormalities and defect had not been found,2 cases（5.56%） happened postpartum hemorrhage,no a case of premature birth and death in pregnant women and perinatal happened,and no other adverse reactions and complications happened.In the control group,fetal death occurred in 1 ease（2.78%）,1 case（2.78%） was premature birth,2 cases（5.56%） were postpartum hemorrhage. Conclusion Rhizome of Manyleaf Paris and Gluthion in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with hepatitis B has good clinical effect,no significant adverse reactions,and is safe.
