16排螺旋CT在腕关节隐匿性骨折诊断中的应用价值 被引量：16

摘要 目的探讨16排螺旋CT在腕关节隐匿性骨折诊断中的应用价值,提高四肢小关节骨创伤中隐匿性骨折的检出率。方法对36例腕关节外创致隐匿性骨折的临床资料做回顾性分析。结果本组36例腕关节常规CR检查,诊断21例为正常,15例为可疑骨折,而行螺旋CT检查36例均存在骨折。其中:桡骨远端骨折24例,尺骨茎突骨折13例,舟状骨骨折16例,月骨骨折5例,头状骨骨折4例。结论螺旋CT检查对这类解剖复杂的部位观察较为容易,特别是对隐匿性骨折及附骨的脱位诊断优于常规CR检查。也可为患者伤害事件的鉴定、司法鉴定提供诊断依据。
