初次全髋关节置换术后早期脱位的手法复位被引量：1

摘要分析9例初次全髋关节置换术后早期脱位病例的脱位的时间、次数、原因,总结初次全髋关节置换术后髋关节早期脱位的易发因素及治疗方法。9例全髋关节置换术后髋关节早期脱位患者采用闭合手法复位后牵引固定,有2例再次脱位,手法复位后改为髋人字石膏固定治愈;1例反复脱位行翻修手术后治愈。全髋关节置换术后脱位由多种因素引起,病人因素、假体位置不良、术后护理和早期康复训练不当是关节脱位的主要原因。多数早期脱位可手法复位制动,反复性脱位则需假体翻修手术。
