雄性东方果实蝇直肠的形态和微细结构之研究 被引量:1

摘要 东方果实蝇(Dacus dorsalis)的直肠(Rectum)外部形态像胡瓜,由发达的肌肉和气管所包围,直肠的前端有4个突起呈轮环状为直肠突起(Rectal papilla)的基部(Basal region),直肠突起伸入直肠内部称为端部(Aplcal region)。利用SEM观察直肠壁的内部构造,在直肠壁前端有很多狭长排列的上皮细胞层(Epitheli-um),而后端者排列不规则,在雄蝇分泌费洛蒙,直肠膨大时,直肠壁上皮细胞层变得较扁平。一般而言,直肠壁的微细结构,有角膜层(Cuticle),上皮细胞(Epithelia cells),外被纵走肌(Longitudinal muscle)和环状肌(Circular muscle)包围,直肠后端部分的细胞微细结构。
