摘要
本文通过对现代化图书馆工作的阐述 ,论述了实现馆员队伍现代化的依据 ,制定职前、在职培训的标准以及实现馆员队伍现代化的有效途径。
Through the comments of realizing librarian modernism. This paper formulates some standards about the preprofession and the training on profession and several effective roads to realize the librarian modernism。
