摘要 针对河北平原种植业和规模化养殖业的快速发展带来的资源浪费、能量高耗、环境污染、产业循环割裂等关键问题,提出了河北省平原区循环农业发展的技术重点:按照循环农业的循环化(Recycle)、再利用(Reuse)、减量化(Reduce)和可控化(Regulation)的"4R"原理,通过农田秸秆资源综合利用技术、农田生物的优化复合配置技术、设施蔬菜循环生产体系关键技术、集约化养殖废弃物无害化处理技术等关键技术的突破和设备创制,推进农田资源高效利用与牧业废弃物资源高值化利用,构建河北平原循环农业生产技术体系,带动河北平原高效循环农业发展,为全国循环农业发展做出示范。 With the rapid development of planting and livestock fanning, many key issues including the resources waste, high energy consumption, environment pollution had emerging in Hebei plain appear. It needs to development cycling agriculture (CA) in the area. Scientific innovation and technology improvement should be accelerated to support CA development. Thus, according to the "recycle, reuse, reduce and regulation" (4R) theory, the key technology developments to strengthen were put forward in this paper. Through the key technology, including straw comprehensive utilization, cropping system design and optimization, circular technology for vegetables production in greenhouse, animal wastes treatment technology, to promote breakthroughs and relating equipment creating, building technology supporting system for CA development in Hebei plain.
