复合病毒感染对大豆叶片细胞超微结构的影响 被引量:8

摘要 本文应用电镜对大豆花叶病毒(SMV)和烟草环斑病毒(TRSV)复合感染大豆叶片细胞进行了观察。研究结果表明:在同一寄主细胞中,见到了两种病毒;细胞中出现大量的高尔基小泡囊,叶绿体中的片层膜系统消失,取而代之的是大量淀粉粒、细胞核形态异常,核膜破损;细胞中出现风轮状和园柱状内含体;液泡中的束丝只包裹SMV粒体,不包裹TRSV粒体。 Ultrastructural responses of soybean leaf cells simultaneously infected with two morphologically distinctNRA viruses, soybean mosaic viruses (SMV) and Tobacco rinspot virnses (TRSV) were studied. In soybean leafcells infected with two kinds of viruses, both SMV and TRSV were discoved in the same host cells. A great dealof golgi vesicle appear in cells and disappear which a lot of starcn grain; nuclei were abnormal and neclear mem-brane were broken there were a number of pinwheel and eylindrical inclusions in cells; cytoplasmic strands onlybundle SMV particles, TRSV were not bundles by the eytoplasmic strands.
