摘要
目的观察双极电凝治疗儿童鼻出血的疗效。方法选择2009年1月—2012年1月在我科门诊治疗的118例鼻出血患儿,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用双极电凝治疗,对照组采用冷冻治疗,比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果双极电凝治疗儿童鼻出血疗效优于冷冻疗法,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论双极电凝治疗儿童鼻出血是一种安全、有效的治疗方法,具有操作简便、迅速、痛苦小等特点,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of bipolar electrocoagulation ancl cryotherapy in the treatment of children epistaxis. Methods 118 cases of children epistaxis in our hospital were divided into two groups, treatment group were performed with bipolar electrocoagulation and control group with cryotherapy. The curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The curative effect of treatment group is superior to that of control group （P〈O.O1）. Conclusion Bipolar electroceagulation is superior to cryotherapy in treatment of children epistaxis and it is a safe, effective, simple operation, rapid treatment with less pain.
