摘要
目的探讨人文关怀对康复期精神病患者的心理健康状况及治疗依从性的影响。方法将200例康复期精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，每组lOO例，两组患者均予以常规治疗及护理管理，在此基础上研究组接受人文关怀护理管理，观察8周。于人文关怀护理8周末采用症状自评量表评定两组的心理健康状况，同时评定两组的住院满意度及治疗依从性。结果人文关怀护理干预8周末研究组症状自评量表各因子评分均显著低于对照组（P〈0．01）；住院满意度及治疗依从性均显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论人文关怀护理能显著提高康复期精神病患者的心理健康水平、住院满意度及治疗依从性，有利于促进患者的全面康复。
Objective To explore the influences of humanistic care on mental health status and treatment compliance of convalescence patients with psychoses. Methods A total of 200 convalescence schizophrenics were randomly assigned to two groups of 100 ones each, both groups received routine treatment and nursing, and research group was plus humanistic care for 8 weeks. Mental health conditions were assessed with the Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90） at the end of the 8th week, so were degree of satisfaction and treatment compliance did. Results Each factor score of the SCL-90 were significantly lower （P〈0.01） and degree of satisfaction and treatment compliance higher （P〈0.01） in research than control group at the end of the 8th week （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Humanistic care could notably improve mental health level, degree of satisfaction and treatment compliance and is beneficial to patients＇ comprehensive rehabilitation.
