左曲轴热挤压成形工艺应用

摘要 通过对摩托车发动机的左曲轴的工艺分析,基于体积不变原则,采用逆向法计算零件毛坯,确定了热挤压成形工艺方案。经反复试制与经验积累,把热挤压成形工艺应用于左曲轴锻件生产中,并通过调整凸、凹模间隙配合与飞边桥部宽度等一系列工艺改进措施.,使左曲轴生产操作更方便、产品品质更稳定,并充分利用了模具资源,提高了模具寿命,降低了生产成本。 Based on the principle of constant volume, this paper analyzes the hot extrusion process of the left crankshaft of motorcy- cle engine and uses the reverse method to calculate the part blank, to determine the hot extrusion forming process. After repeated trails and accumulated experience, by applying the hot extrusion process to the left crankshaft forging production and improving a se- ries of methods on adjusting the die size of convex, concave and the width of the bridge size of fash slot, the production of the left crankshaft is made more convenient, and the quality is more stable. This process has the advantages of making full use of re- sources, prolonging the mold life and reducing the cost of production.
