摘要
在大力推进城镇化过程中,市民化是其中的关键环节。职业教育是推动市民化顺利实现,进而保证城镇化达成的重要推动力。农村剩余劳动力转移、失地农民培训、进城务工人员的培训与融合都要求职业教育的城乡统筹发展。城乡职业教育只有实现协同发展、集团化发展、优势互补,才能有效完成其历史使命。
Citizenization plays a key role in the process of urbanization.Vocational education is one of the most important driving forces to realize urbanization and citizenization.The transfer of rural labor forces,training of land-lost farmers,training and integration of migrant workers all require the overall development of rural and urban vocational education.Only by realizing their coordinated development,group development,complementary advantages,can urban and rural vocational education accomplish their historical mission effectively.
