依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及安全性

摘要 我院2009-06—2012-07收治符合入选标准的急性脑梗死患者120例,分别应用依达拉奉治疗和常规治疗,现报告如下。 1资料和方法 1.1一般资料本组入选病例120例,入选标准[2]：年龄42～70岁;12h内发病;轻度意识障碍或清醒;检查瘫痪侧肢体肌力0～3级;急诊行颅脑CT检查无出血。入院后根据用药分为依达拉奉组（治疗组）和对照组。治疗组60例,男41例,女19例;年龄40～68岁,平均54.9岁;发病至救治时间3.5～9h,平均6.9h。
