摘要
目的建立测定香砂养胃软胶囊中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-水一冰醋酸（60：38：2），流速为1．0mL／min，柱温为25℃，检测波长为294nm，进样量为10μL。结果厚朴酚进样量在0．1046～2．092μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，平均回收率为99．15％，RSD为0．85％（n=6）；和厚朴酚进样量在0．0548～1．096μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，平均回收率为100．24％，RSD为1．11％（n=6）。结论该方法操作简单、专属性强、重现性好，能有效控制该制剂的质量。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatogrophy（HPLC） method for determinging magnolol and honokiol in Xiangsha Yangwei Soft Capsule. Methods The HPLC method was adopted with the DiamonsilTM CIS chromatographic column（250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm）, acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid （60：38：2） as the mobile phase, at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the colunm temperature of 25 ℃, the detective wavelength was 294 nm and the sample size was 10 μL. Results Magnolol showed a linear relationship in the range of 0. 1046-2.092 μg, the average recovery rate was 99. 15%,the RSD was 0.85% （n=6）;honokiol showed a linear relationship in the range of 0.054 8- 1.096 ;xg, the average recovery rate was 100.24%, the RSD was 1. 11% （n =6）. Conclusion This method is simple to operate with strong specificity and good reproducibility, which can effectively control the quality of this preparation.
