摘要 目的 探讨骨肉瘤伴神经内分泌分化的形态特征和组织发生。方法 应用光镜、电镜观察组织学结构和细胞形态 ;应用免疫组织化学 (ABC法 )检测 17例骨肉瘤中神经特异性烯醇化酶 (neuronspecificenolase ,NSE)、嗜铬素A(chromograniaA ,CgA)、突触素 (synaptophysin ,SY)和S 10 0蛋白的表达水平。结果 NSE、CgA、SY和S 10 0蛋白的阳性表达率分别为 82 % (14/ 17)、70 % (12 / 17)、5 2 % (9/ 17)和 88% (15 / 17) ,阳性细胞率分别为 2 5 %、2 0 %、2 1%和2 9%。阳性细胞的分布没有明显规律。 17例电镜观察 ,在部分瘤细胞内均见神经内分泌颗粒。结论 骨肉瘤伴神经内分泌分化起源于原始间叶细胞 ,并可分化为形态各异的瘤细胞。 Objective Tostudythehistogenesisandmorphologicalfeaturesofosteosarcomawithneuroendocrinedifferentia tion . Conclusions Thisspecialgroupofosteosarcomaoriginatesfromprimitivemesenchymalcellsthatarecapableofdifferentiatinginto differentcelllines.
