摘要
采用多种疫苗并按不同方法免疫猪 ,通过临床观察、血清学试验等 ,判定免疫保护效果。结果表明 ,猪瘟疫苗采用乳前免疫和在 2 0或 2 8日龄首免 ,6 0或70日龄二免的方法 ,在 1 80日龄时 ,猪瘟抗体阳性率均在 84%以上。猪大肠杆菌基因疫苗对仔猪黄痢、白痢的保护率分别为 1 0 0 %和 91 8%。猪喘气病弱毒苗 +灭活苗 2次免疫的效果优于 2次弱毒苗和 2次灭活苗的免疫效果 ,免后 1 80天和 2 40天攻毒保护率分别为 1 0 0 %和 91 7%。 8个规模化试验猪场执行主要疫病的免疫和监测 3年来 ,母猪流产和死胎的发病率控制在 3%以下 ,全群死亡率降至 8%以下。
By utilizing different vaccines and different inoculating methods,immune protection effects on pig were assessed through clinical examination and serological test The results indicated that the antibody positive rates of Hog Cholera (HC) were over 84% at 180 day age for the pig groups which were inoculated vaccine of HC before sucking milk,and first immunizafion at the age of 20d or 28d,second at 60d or 70d.The piglets from sows inoculated with gene engineering vaccine of E coli showed 100% and 91 8% protectivity to Yellow Scour and White Scour,respectively The effects of inoculation with both attenuated and inactivated vaccines or Mycoplasmal pneumonia of swine in twice at 15d and 30d age,respectively,were higher than that inoculated with twice of attenuated vaccines or in twice of inactivated vaccines,the protective rates challenge 180 and 240 days after inoculation were 100% and 91 7%,respectively The immunization procedure of main swine diseases has been used in 8 large scale pig farms for 3 years,the morbidity of abortion and dead born of sows was controlled to below 3%,and mortality of swine decreased to less than 8%.
