摘要
本文介绍的计算机多媒体监视软件，是在已有的ＰＬＣ控制系统基础上设计的具有多窗口图层的多媒体监视界面，以显示生产过程的各种流程及相应设备的状态数据，利用０ＮＳＰＥＣ采集到的各设备的状态数据，直接识别和判断故障设备的位置与原因。通过运行本软件，可以对全厂的生产状态进行实时的监控，实现在线故障诊断。
This paper describes a computer multi-media monitor software in which a multi-media monitor interface with multi-window is designed in the base of existing PLC control system. This interface shows people all the equipment condition data from production processes and the ones picked up by ONSPEC, so the location and reason of the wrong equipment can be identified directly. By running the software, man can take Real-time monitor and control of the production condition and do on-lone fault diagnoses.
