摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗男性非淋菌性尿道炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法将152例非淋菌性尿道炎患者,随机分成对照组和治疗组。对照组76例给予米诺环素胶囊,100mg,口服,每日两次,10d为一个疗程。治疗组76例自拟中药经验方清热通淋排毒汤联合米诺环素胶囊。两组在治疗一个疗程停药后1周和4周分别取尿道分泌物做PCR检测,并做出疗效判定和记录副作用。结果对照组76例中:治愈39例,显效8例,有效14例,无效15例,总有效率80.26%;治疗组76例中:治愈57例,显效12例,有效4例,无效3例,总有效率96.05%;两组比较有显著性差异(χ2=9.07,P<0.01)。结论清热通淋排毒汤配合米诺环素治疗非淋菌性尿道炎疗效确切,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in treatment of 76 male nongonecoccal urethritis （NGU）cases. Methods The 152 NGU patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. 76 patients in control group were given Minecycline capsules, 100mg,p.o,bid, 10 days for a course. The other 76 patients in treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine prescription Qingre Tonglin detoxification decoction combined with minocycline capsules. The urethral secretions were obtained from patients in both groups a week and 4 weeks after a course of treatment and detected by PCR detection. The results were analyzed. Results The cure rate,excellent effective rate,effective rate,invalid rate and total effective rate in the control group were 51.31 （39/76）, 10.53%（8/76）, 18.42%（14/76）, 19.74%（15/76） and 80.26%, while that of the treatment group were 75.00% （57/76）, 15.79% （12/76）, 5.26% （4/76）, 3.95% （3/76） and 96.05%, respectively, showing significant difference between the two groups （X^2=9.07,P〈0.01）. Conclusions Qingre Tonglin detoxification decoction combined with minecycline capsules is effective for treatment of NGU without obvious adverse reaction and thus it is worthy for clinical application.
