摘要
校际联合培养有利于学生综合素质和联合办学的学校办学水平的提高。它通过构建一种科学、规范、合理的长效运行机制,实现资源共享、学科交叉和文化渗透,促进学生综合素质培养,并以联合培养为契机,着力提升青年教师能力,建立一支高素质复合型师资队伍,从而使其成为一个有机的整体,实现高素质复合型人才的培养。
Intercollegiate education is beneficial for the optimization of students＇ comprehensive qualities and the improvement of the level of colleges and universities which run the education jointly. By establishing a scientific, formal and rational long-lasting system, it realizes the mutual resources sharing, promote inter-disciplinary development and intercultural teaching and improve the cultivation of students＇ overall skills. In addition, with the opportunities of the combined training, young teachers can be prepared to improve their competence to build highly skilled versatile teaching faculty teams, so as to form an organic whole in training highly qualified versatile personnel.
