摘要
党的十八大再次强调要做好以高校毕业生为重点的青年就业工作,支持青年创业。培养大学生的创业能力,对于缓解就业压力、全面建成小康社会、建设创新型国家有着积极而重要的意义。当前大学生创业能力培养方面,情况并不能令人乐观。大学教育只有从课程体系建设、创业平台搭建、教师队伍打造、教学模式改革、社会资源的综合利用诸多方面加以创新,才能真正加强对大学生的创业能力的培养。
The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China once again stressed the need to do a good job with respect to youth employment work focusing on college graduates and supporting young people＇s ventures. Cultivating the undergraduates＇ entrepreneurship skills has a positive and important significance for easing employment pressure, building up a moderately prosperous society and developing an innovative country. The current situation of training the students＇ entrepreneurial skills is not optimistic. In order to truly enhance such ability, higher education has to innovate many aspects, such as developing a curriculum system, setting up an entrepreneurial platform, improving the teaching staff, reforming teaching modes and comprehensively utilizing social resources.
