摘要
对光纤通信系统中的电域色散补偿(EDC)技术进行了深入研究,利用Optisystem8.0和Matlab7.1联合搭建仿真系统平台,分析了基于最小均方(LMS)算法的电域色散补偿性能。仿真结果表明,滤波器参数(收敛因子,抽头数)、系统传输特性以及调制格式对最小均方算法的收敛速度和稳态误差都有较大的影响,要求合理选择滤波器参数和调制格式,使电域色散补偿达到最优性能。
The technology of electrical dispersion compensation (EDC) for opticaL1 fib~'r communication systems was investigated on the simulation platform established by using OptisystemS. 0 and MatlabT. 1. The performance of the least mean square (LMS) algorithm based on EDC was analyzed in detail. The simulation results show that parameters (convergence factorl, the number of taps)of the filter, characteristics of the transmission system ag well as the adopted modulation formats have great effects on the convergence speed and steady-state error of the LMS algorithm, therefore the reasonable choice of filter parameters and modulation formats are required in order to achieve the optimal performance of LMS-based electricdl dispersion compensation.
