摘要 通过V型滤池的调试,针对调试中经常出现水位的大幅度波动甚至漫池和干池交替的现象,调整出水调节阀的动作频率和幅度也不能满足控制要求的情况,采取了减小出水调节阀动作范围、在满足工艺要求的情况下扩大水位波动范围的方法进行程序设计,达到了工艺运行的要求。 During test running of the V-type filter pool, heavy fluctuation of water level often occurs and even overflowing and dry pool alternatively happen, furthermore, the movement frequency and amplitude of adjusting the outlet valve cannot satisfy Therefore, the method of reducing the action range of adjusting outlet control requirement. valve and expanding water level fluctuation range as long as meeting process requirement was adopted in program design, which satisfied process requirement.
