摘要
目的观察臭氧液与达克宁栓联合治疗阴道炎的临床效果。方法选取2011年7月～2012年7月在本院门诊就诊的160例阴道炎患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组80例采用臭氧液与达克宁栓联合治疗,对照组80例仅采用达克宁栓进行治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的治愈率为90.00%,对照组的治愈率为50.00%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组外阴阴道瘙痒、灼痛消失时间,阴道分泌物消失时间,阴道糜烂消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1个月,对两组治愈的患者再一次进行检查,观察组治愈的患者复发率为4.2%,对照组治愈的患者复发率为20.0%,观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论臭氧液与达克宁栓联合治疗阴道炎的效果显著,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of vaginitis treated by Ozone liquid combined with mi- conazole suppository.Methods 160 patients with vaginitis in our outpatient clinic from July 2011 to July 2012 were selected and evenly divided into two groups in random.In the observation group,patients were treated by Ozone liquid combined with miconazole suppository,while in the control group,patients were only treated by miconazole suppository. The curative effects in both groups were compared. Results The cure rate in the observation group was 90.00%,which was obviously higher than 50.00% of the control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Shortly after the treatment, the time of vulvovaginal itching,burning pain alleviation,and vaginal discharge and erosion disappearance were all su- perior to those in the control group,with statistical differences （P〈0.05）.One-month after therapy,patients cured in both groups were chosen for reexamination,the recurrence rate of cured patients in the observation group was 4.2% ,much lower than 20.0% of the control group,which displayed statistical difference （P〈O.05）. Conclusion Combined therapy of Ozone liquid and miconazole suppository in the treatment of vaginitis can obtain a remarkable effect,wl^ich is worthy of expansion in clinic.
