摘要
高职院校日益重视校企合作的人才培养模式,但校企合作教学却呈现出合作组织松散、合作形式单一、合作制度缺失的现状。要按照校企双方的实际需求,从组织上、形式上和制度上逐渐完善教学机制,成立专业指导委员会,校内校外结合,建立校企合作的教学质量评价体系,才能构建长效的、可持续发展的校企合作教学运行机制。
Higher vocational colleges gradually lay more emphasis on school-enterprise cooperative talent cultivation mode, but the current situation is not optimistic. In order to improve the situa-tion, this paper proposes several measures to help construct a long-term and sustainable operation system for school-enterprise cooperative teaching.
