摘要
利用遗传变异模型,以土地利用类型为模型变量,以区域总面积、经济、社会发展状况为约束条件,模拟生物进化的机理,通过反复迭代得到一组区域土地利用结构非劣解集合。结果表明:土地生态系统间存在多种权衡关系;土地利用结构与土地的社会、经济、生态等效益之间存在复杂的关系,它们在土地生态系统中相互影响并发挥不同的功能与作用;利益相关者可根据不同的利益需求,在社会、经济和发展目标和维持生态系统运行能力之间做出权衡,通过不同方案的选择,实现社会、经济、生态效益综合最优,为协调土地利用的目标和政府土地利用决策之间建立起良好的决策机制。
With using land utilization types as the model variable and regarding regional total area, economy as well as social development situation as constraint conditions, this essay makes use of the hereditary variation model to simulate the mechanism of organic evolution and consequently obtain the non-inferior set of a collection of regional land use structures by repeatedly iteration. The research results indicate that there are numerous trade-offs among land ecosystems; the complex relations between land use structure and land efficiency in society ,economy ,ecology and so on interact as well as give play to different functions and effects in land ecosystem; stakeholders can trade off among society, economy, development goals and the ability to maintain the operation of ecosystem according to different current demand; with the achievement of polyoptimization of social, economic and ecological efficiency, an excellent decision-making mechanism is to be set up to coordinate the goal of land use and government's decision of land Use.
